How does sharing work?

Open QE Cards and show your card’s QR code from the Cards screen, or tap Sharing on a card. Someone can scan it with their phone camera. Your card opens in their browser; they do not need to install QE Cards.

How does Add to Contacts work?

Tap Add to Contacts on the card page. Safari normally opens a contact preview. Android Chrome may save a contact file to Downloads; open that file to finish importing. If a messaging app’s built-in browser blocks the download, use its menu to open the page in Safari or Chrome. The contact details on the page can also be copied.

Can I change my card after sharing the QR code?

Yes. Your QR code and card link stay the same, so they always show your latest details. If you have Pro and change your personal link, older personal links continue redirecting to the current one.

How do I restore Pro?

Sign in to the same QE Cards account and tap Restore Purchase on the Pro screen. Store accounts and purchase transfer rules may affect restoration.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete my account. Your cards, photos, and links are permanently removed.

Need help or want to report abuse?

Contact us for account or purchase help, or to report a suspicious card. For a report, choose Report a card and include the card URL and a short description. We can hold or remove a reported card while reviewing it.
